Downtown Fresno celebrates local bars & breweries with Sip Hop

Get ready for Sip Hop, a new monthly event that highlights the many bars and breweries in the downtown area.

The Downtown Fresno Partnership states, “…it’s called Sip Hop, it has all the hop of Art Hop, but with a focus on your favorite things to sip.”

The event debuted on March 23 at close to 20 different bars/breweries in the downtown area, and will continue on the fourth Thursday of each month. Sip Hop will feature live music, special beer releases and unique cocktail specials.

As hosted by The Downtown Fresno Foundation, a non-profit arm of the Downtown Fresno Partnership (DFP), their goal is to increase awareness of the local bars and breweries in the area.

“It’s a new iteration of the Downtown Ale Trail, now with a larger focus on bars and cocktails as well,” they said.

The event will allow locals and non-locals alike to take on a bar tour and support local businesses right here in the Valley.
