Source is coming to Fulton 55 along with Prey 4 Reign, Perception, and Dave Hate Machine on December 6th. The show starts at 7 PM and ends at 10:30 PM.
“Formed in 2013, Benjamin Gleason, Justin Mirarck and Pascal Fauri create consciousness based music through the exploration of flotation tanks, philosophy, meditation, yoga, and other embodiment and mindfulness practices,” posted Source on their Spotify page. “Their music is an expression of the sensations experienced on this planet, the profoundness of the human experience and the beauty of all that is.”
Source is a progressive metal band that channels “the beauty of all that is” to create their psychedelic sound. Their poetic lyrics inspire self-reflection and existentialism while still delivering a deep, heavy sound.
“Fellow Fresnans should consider coming to this event as a way to find pride in something unique coming from their community. Fresno has so much more to it than just being the midway point from the bay to LA,” said Richard Gordon, the drummer of Prey 4 Reign. “We want Fresnans to find something to support and be proud of…Fostering a community and a sense of brotherhood amongst Fresno’s acts starts by supporting and seeing their live shows. There is no greater support that can be given than seeing someone move to our music. And when 1 band succeeds, we all succeed.”
Prey 4 Reign is a hard-hitting local metal band that is bringing back theatrics to the music scene with their unique masked appearances.
“The reasoning for our masks comes from a stylistic choice to set ourselves apart and bring back a bit of theatrics that seems to be missing from today’s artists,” said Gordon. “Musically we have a melting pot of influences and it all shows. From some of the more groove oriented artists such as KoRn and Mudvayne, to the solos of Black Veil Brides or Avenged Sevenfold, to the theatrics of Slipknot, Mushroomhead, Ghost, Cradle of Filth, and Avatar.”
Fulton 55 is a 21+ venue and tickets can be purchased at Eventbrite starting at $10 presale but will be $12 on the day of the show. Parking is on the adjacent streets.
